Dr. Will's approach, at Asheville Christian Counseling and Absolute Counseling & Coaching takes into consideration desired goals, physical health, medications, emotional strength, family relations and spiritual life. In his practice, he works from a solutions-based therapy framework called Positive Psychology where we set goals together, work on exercises to broaden understanding, and provide assignments to accomplish change. His methodology is called The Whole Life Navigation Series.
